Dear Investor/Stakeholder,

Please be advised that Scandium Asset Management is no longer the investment manager to Scandium Absolute Return Fund & Scandium Fund Limited. Both investment funds are undertaking an orderly winding down and all assets are being sold and cash distributed back to investors. An external liquidator has been appointed to oversee the process. 

As of end of March 2010 approximately 70% of all assets has been returned to investors. As a service to investors this website will continue to publish quarterly portfolio updates and other company specific information relating to the unwinding of the vehicles. 

Investors do not need to do anything as all cash will automatically be distributed back to investors.
